Why a metropolitan rum?
We wanted to combine our desire, our passion and our professional lives.
This observation has imposed on us an entirely artisanal and local manufacturing approach allowing us to move forward while controlling and managing the entire production chain, from the fermentation of the cane juice to its bottling.
This allowed us to create the first white rum with pure cane juice, produced entirely in metropolitan France.

Our passion for rum dates back over 15 years and has taken us through different stages of discovery and tasting. This evolution of our knowledge and our palate has aroused our curiosity and gradually gave us the desire to discover the entire sector, to understand it and even to test it ...
Our taste for pure cane juice rum and our attraction for the quality of a job well done have imposed strong parameters on the production of our rum.
We therefore looked for partners to help us with these specifications. Our choice fell on
Martial, from the Atelier du Bouilleur
for his perfect knowledge of natural fermentation and his ability to let us work (we were not looking for a subcontractor), as well as
Christophe Luijer and his company SO'KANAA
for its cane juice (Vietnamese) of very high taste quality.
This allowed us to produce a pure white rum with cane juice that fully meets our expectations:
- quality cane juice,
- complete fermentation with no external yeast input but a contribution from the surrounding nature,
- a double distillation pass to collect a maximum of aromas and character without thinking about the yield.
